RAMAYANA- The Legend of Prince Rama
The Ramayana is an ancient Indian epic that tells the story of Prince Rama, who is believed to be an incarnation of the god Vishnu. The story primarily centers around Rama’s quest to rescue his wife Sita, who has been kidnapped by the demon king Ravana. Ramayana is composed of approximately 24,000 verses divided into seven books.
Ramayana is the main scripture of Hindus. Ramayana tells that one should live a life of dignity and discipline by adopting certain qualities and keeping certain things in mind.This leads to victory of good over evil. Ramayana is the story of a royal family and dynasty which presents ideals of relationships between husband and wife, brothers and other family members.
Ramayana teaches the power of selfless love and devotion. It was Lord Rama’s unwavering love for his wife Sita that inspired him to wage a fierce battle and defeat Ravana. Pure and selfless life is the secret of immense strength and power in the most difficult times
The biggest lesson of Ramayana is that good always triumphs over evil.Just as Ravana cast an evil eye on Mother Sita and in the end Lord Ram defeated Ravana and got Sita back. The essence of the story is that no matter how powerful or big the evil may be, truth prevails because of one’s good intentions and qualities.

रामायण एक प्राचीन भारतीय महाकाव्य है जो राजकुमार राम की कहानी है, जिन्हें भगवान विष्णु का अवतार माना जाता है। कहानी मुख्य रूप से अपनी पत्नी सीता को बचाने के लिए राम की खोज के आसपास केंद्रित है, जिसे राक्षस राजा रावण द्वारा अपहरण कर लिया गया है। रामायण सात पुस्तकों में विभाजित लगभग 24,000 श्लोकों से बना है l
रामायण हिंदुओं का प्रमुख ग्रन्थ है। रामायण बताती है कि कुछ गुणों को अपनाकर और कुछ खास बातों का ध्यान में रखकर मर्यादा एवं अनुशासन वाला जीवन जीना चाहिए। इससे बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत होती है। रामायण एक राजपरिवार और राजवंश की कहानी है जो पति-पत्नी, भाई और परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के आपसी रिश्तों के आदर्श पेश करती है।
रामायण निस्वार्थ प्रेम और भक्ति की शक्ति सिखाती है। यह भगवान राम का अपनी पत्नी सीता के प्रति अटूट प्रेम ही था, जिसने उन्हें भयंकर युद्ध करने और रावण को हराने के लिए प्रेरित किया। शुद्ध और निःस्वार्थ जीवन ही सबसे कठिन समय में अपार शक्ति और शक्ति का रहस्य है
रामायण की सबसे बड़ी सीख है कि बुराई पर हमेशा अच्छाई की ही जीत होती है। जिस तरह माता सीता पर रावण ने बुरी नज़र डाली और अंत में भगवान राम ने रावण को पराजित कर सीता को वापस पा लिया। कहानी का सार है कि बुराई कितनी भी शक्तिशाली या बड़ी क्यों ना हो लेकिन अपनी अच्छी नीयत और गुणों के कारण सच्चाई की ही जीत होती है।
तो, एक कलाकार होने के नाते, इसमें शामिल हों और आइए अपनी विशिष्ट रूप से चित्रित कृतियों का जश्न मनाएं।

Speaking Art Foundation invites creative people to send their entries online for a theme based Online Global Art Competition titled: “RAMAYAN”- The Legend of Prince Rama.
Theme: “RAMAYANA”- The Legend of Prince Rama
Medium(s): Painting, Drawing, Graphic, Collage, Mixed Media
Enrollment amount: Rs.500/- (One entry)
(2 entries Rs. 900/- and for 3 entries Rs. 1200/-)
Last date of registration: 15 February, 2024 (11.59.59 pm)
To be a part of this theme based Online Global Art Competition titled: : “RAMAYANA”- The Legend of Prince Rama, all you need to do is Register Online via https://www.speakingart.org/ram/ and you have to send your creations and express it to the world.
Please note: This is a juried event. Getting an opportunity to be a part of this Online Global Competition for Art Enthusiasts titled: “RAMAYANA”- The Legend of Prince Rama shall be decided by the members of the jury which consists of eminent personalities from the field of visual art.

- Commended Awards (FIVE)
- Medals of Excellence(TEN)
(Awards and certificates to the winners shall be sent via courier and for rest of the selected participants “E-Certificate of Participation” shall be issued only on request)
- Participant has to send the online entry(s) on or before the prescribed date mentioned in the schedule.
- Once your creation is selected by The Jury, an email of conformation shall be sent for further documentation (if required).
- In case you have submitted PARTIAL information and or HAVE NOT submitted the desired documents, your ENTRY(S) for the said completion shall NOT be entertained.
- This Online Global Art Competition for Art Enthusiasts titled: “RAMAYNA”- The Legends of Prince Rama is open for all above the age of 18 years.
- Minimum image size (of your creation) should not be less than 1MB.
- All the entries must contain: a) Artist’s Name with complete address along with PIN code and contact number with email ID, b) Date of Birth, c) Title, d) Medium, e) Size and f) Self image of the artist.
- Incomplete entries shall not be considered for the Competition.
- Awarded works will get a space on our website www.speakingart.org.
- SAF has all rights to use sent entries in publicity campaigns / promotional activities.
- International participants shall have to bear the actual cost of sending memento/certificate (if awarded).
- All the selected artists will receive E-certificate. (winners will get it via courier)
- Nudity in art works shall not be accepted.
- All the entries must be sent to: speakingartfoundation@gmail.com
- Registration once done will not be cancelled or transferred under any circumstances and amount paid shall not be refunded.
- Jury’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged.
- Subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction only.
