About the Event: The Art Fair Titled “SPEAKING ART FEST” promises to be a wonderful event for Visual Artists, Art Lovers, Art Collectors and Art Enthusiasts. The fair will feature works from upcoming and professional artists alike (Traditional and Contemporary). The fair will consist of up to 50 booths for artists to exhibit and showcase their works (Paintings, Sculptures, Graphic Prints, Installations etc.). The booths (Octanorms) installed will be at par with International norms, where participants would love to bring their works to life.
Purpose: The fair will be a great opportunity for artists and art lovers from PAN India to come under one roof and showcase their works. This will provide an avenue for established and practicing artists to get their works seen and appreciated by a wider audience. The fair will act as a platform for the artists to connect with potential buyers and professionals.
DELIVERABLES: International quality Octanorms (Booths), One Table and 2 Chairs (each booth), 3 Spot Lights per booth (extra lighting on request at payable bases), Interactive session with Legends of Art, Potential buyers/Art lovers, Waterproof tent covering for the safety of Artworks during adverse weather conditions*, 24 Hrs. Surveillance under CCTV cameras, Night watchman security, Food/Snacks Stall, Art Material Stall, Awards to 3 best displays, Media Coverage, Still and Video Photography, Coverage on SAF You Tube Channel, Certificates to all the participants.

Enrollment stands for:
- 1. SAF has all rights to use sent material in publicity campaigns / promotional activities.
- 2. Nudity in art works shall not be accepted.
- 3. Registration once done will not be cancelled or transferred under any circumstances and amount paid shall not be refunded.
- 4. Speaking Art Foundation’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged, whatsoever the case may be.
- 5. Subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction only.
